Billing Management

This guide covers how to manage your Zenmako billing, including payment methods, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation.

Accessing Billing

Billing settings are available in the Settings menu under Billing.

Who can access billing:
  • Only team admins can view and manage billing settings
  • Regular team members do not have access to billing information
  • Payment Methods

    Zenmako uses Stripe to securely process all payments. We accept major credit cards.

    Adding a Payment Method

  • Go to Settings > Billing
  • Click Add Payment Method
  • Enter your credit card details in the Stripe form
  • Click Save
  • Updating Your Payment Method

  • Go to Settings > Billing
  • Under Payment Methods, click Update next to your current card
  • Enter the new card details
  • Click Save
  • Your new payment method will be used for all future charges.

    Supported Payment Types

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Zenmako does not store your card details directly.

    Viewing Invoices

    Finding Your Invoice History

  • Go to Settings > Billing
  • Scroll to the Invoice History section
  • View a list of all past invoices with dates and amounts
  • Downloading Invoices

  • Locate the invoice you need in the Invoice History
  • Click the Download button next to the invoice
  • A PDF will download to your device
  • Invoices include your billing details, plan information, and payment summary.

    Changing Your Plan

    How to Upgrade

  • Go to Settings > Billing
  • Click Change Plan
  • Select your new plan from the available options
  • Confirm the upgrade
  • When upgrades take effect: Immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

    How to Downgrade

  • Go to Settings > Billing
  • Click Change Plan
  • Select a lower-tier plan
  • Confirm the downgrade
  • When downgrades take effect: At the start of your next billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan features until then.

    Cancelling Your Subscription

    How to Cancel

  • Go to Settings > Billing
  • Click Cancel Subscription
  • Confirm the cancellation when prompted
  • What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free tier (if available) or deactivated
  • Refund Policy

    We offer a 30-day no questions asked refund policy. If you are not satisfied with Zenmako within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact support for a full refund.
