The free trial gives you 60 days to explore Zenmako with:
After 60 days, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue. Your data and workflows are preserved - just upgrade when you're ready.
Token Usage
What Are Tokens?
Tokens measure AI usage. Roughly, 1 token equals about 4 characters of text. Usage varies by task:

| Workflow run (simple) | 10,000 - 30,000 |

How Usage Is Tracked
Token usage is tracked at the team level. All members share the same token pool, which resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.
What Happens When You Reach the Limit
When your team reaches its monthly token limit:
Your token allowance resets automatically at the start of your next billing cycle. We don't charge overage fees.

Changing Plans
Upgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately. You receive prorated credit for your current plan.
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Cancelling
If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period. See our 30-day refund policy for details.
